TERMS OF SERVICE
General Information
	REPOSNITCH.COM offers Internet-related services for other repossession companies by gathering information about vehicles that may be on repossession list. REPOSNITCH.COM does not and cannot control the content, quality or accuracy of information collected from the person (snitch) that provided the information to the REPOSNITCH.COM  database. The information found in REPOSNITCH.COM  is provided solely by the subscribers listed. The purpose of this site is to help finance companies, by locating and returning vehicles that have been placed on repossession list as a result of not making the agreed monthly payments. These Terms of Service set forth the basic rules that apply to the use of REPOSNITCH.COM . REPOSNITCH.COM may change these Terms of Service in the future upon a notice published on-line.
Distribution of Payments
	Since REPOSNITCH.COM acts solely as the mediator between the finance company and you (both the informant and/or the subscriber) we do NOT distribute the money awarded for the return of the vehicle. Instead, the entire amount the finance company agrees to pay is paid to the SUBSCRIBER, whom located and returned the vehicle. The informant (aka "snitch") is paid, in advance, by the SUBSCRIBER, the total amount agreed to be paid from the finance company. The subscriber will be reimbursed their advance in the total payment given from the finance company. REPOSNITCH.COM does not collect any part of the money from the finance company; therefore, we will not be responsible for the distribution of any funds to the informant or subscriber. However, all repossession agencies must abide by the standards of conduct given within the Terms of Service. If any repossession agency fails to pay the informant the agreed amount, the informant should inform REPOSNITCH.COM  immediately and the agency's membership will be terminated, without a refund for left-over time.
Changes to Service
	The services provided by REPOSNITCH.COM may to change from time to time. REPOSNITCH.COM reserves the right to change any service offered or the features of any service offered or its system without notice.
No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
	Use of REPOSNITCH.COM'S website and services is at the user's sole risk. REPOSNITCH.COM does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error free, or that REPOSNITCH.COM will meet any particular criteria of performance or quality; nor does  REPOSNITCH.COM make any warranty as to the results or information obtained from use of this service. Under no circumstances shall  REPOSNITCH.COM  be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including, but without limitation of: loss of profits, deletion or loss of files or emails, viruses, any delay or failure of performance, or unauthorized access to the records or files. Under no circumstances is REPOSNITCH.COM or any representatives, including, but not limited to, the owners, the directors, officers, shareholders, agents, and/or any other employees liable for any consequences that may occur from someone reporting that they know someone who has a car on a repossession list. In reporting, you understand and agree that you are acting at your own risk when reporting someone and you agree not to enter any lawsuit against anyone representing REPOSNITCH.COM as a result of consequences that may have occurred because you chose to report someone who had a vehicle on a repossession list. The reporter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless REPOSNITCH.COM , its directors, officers, shareholders, agents, employees and its other subscribers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including
Confidentiality
	REPOSNITCH.COM treats electronic messages as private. Exceptions are those permitted by law, including under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986 (the "ECPA"). The ECPA permits REPOSNITCH.COM  limited ability to intercept and/or disclose electronic messages, including, for example (i) as necessary to operate the system or protect REPOSNITCH.COM 's rights or property, (ii) upon legal demand (court orders, warrants, subpoenas) or (iii) where REPOSNITCH.COM receives information inadvertently which appears to pertain to the commission of a crime. Users should be aware that electronic messages may be intercepted lawfully or unlawfully outside of REPOSNITCH.COM 's database. In addition, although REPOSNITCH.COM  has implemented certain security measures, REPOSNITCH.COM  cannot guaranty that its system or stored data of a subscriber will be free from unauthorized intrusion or otherwise guaranty the privacy of information of any user.
Interpretation
	These Terms of Service supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matter. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Service shall only be effective if in a writing signed by an authorized officer of REPOSNITCH.COM . These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to choice or conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to the Agreement shall be brought in by the federal or state courts of The State of California and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall be enforceable and valid to the greatest extent permitted by law.
